2. Order and Serial Number
Provide a screenshot of your order history showing:
Order number
→ If purchased from Amazon, please provide a screenshot showing both the order number and purchase date.Order date
Include the serial number of the hair dryer.
→ The serial number is a combination of letters and numbers, located near the filter area of the dryer.
→ Please refer to the red box in the image below for guidance.
Note: Some models may not have a serial number depending on the production batch.
