My hair dryer is not blowing hot air. What should I do?

1.  Video Demonstration

  • Please attach a video showing the issue.
    → In the video, kindly place your hand in front of the air outlet while the dryer is in hot air mode, so we can clearly observe the airflow and temperature.

  • If you're sharing via Google Drive, make sure to set the access permission to “Anyone with the link” so we can view it.

2. Order and Serial Number

  • Provide a screenshot of your order history showing:

    • Order number
      If purchased from Amazon, please provide a screenshot showing both the order number and purchase date. 

    • Order date

  • Include the serial number of the hair dryer.
    → The serial number is a combination of letters and numbers, located near the filter area of the dryer.
    → Please refer to the red box in the image below for guidance.
    Note: Some models may not have a serial number depending on the production batch.
