My Laifen toothbrush runs out of battery quickly. What should I do?

Step 1: Confirm the Charging Behavior

  • Does the toothbrush run out of battery quickly even after being fully charged?

  • If it was not fully charged, please try charging it completely and using it again to test the battery life.

Step 2: Check Your Charging Adapter

  • The toothbrush requires a 5V⎓1A power input.
    → Please confirm that your charging adapter meets this specification.


If the issue still persists after confirming Steps 1 and 2, please proceed with the steps below:


Step 3: Provide App Details (if applicable)

  • If you are using the Laifen app, please share a screenshot of the mode settings shown in the app.

Step 4: Share Your Order Number and Serial Number

  • your order number.

  • The serial number of the toothbrush, which can be found by scanning the QR code at the bottom of the device.
    → Refer to the red arrow in the attached image for reference.
