My toothbrush is not charging or responding. What should I do?

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:


✅ Step 1: Check the Charger Specification

Make sure the power adapter you’re using has an output of 5V1A.


? Step 2: Clean the Contact Points

Use a damp paper towel to gently clean:

  • The three gold contact points on the charging cable

  • The bottom contact area of the toothbrush
    This helps ensure proper electrical contact.


? Step 3: Try Charging Again

  • After cleaning, connect the toothbrush to a 5V1A power source, such as a USB port on your laptop.

  • Allow it to charge fully (approx. 2 hours).

  • Then try turning it on again.


✈️ Step 4: Check for Flight Mode

It’s possible that the toothbrush is in Flight Mode, which disables all functions.
