Why does my Laifen hair dryer emit a burnt smell? What should I do?

A burnt smell from your Laifen hair dryer may be caused by a blockage in the intake filter or the exhaust area.
To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Check and clean the intake filter and exhaust. Ensure there is no dust or obstruction.

  2. After cleaning, set the hair dryer to hot air mode and let it run continuously for about 10 minutes. This helps reduce any residual odor faster.

If the issue persists or you're unsure, please help us investigate further by confirming the following:

  • Are there any other symptoms (e.g., weak airflow, abnormal temperature)?

  • Is the warm air flowing properly and are all features working normally?

To proceed with further support, please provide:

  • The order number.
If purchased from Amazon, please provide a screenshot showing both the order number and purchase date.

  • The serial number of your device (located near the filter; see red box in the image below).
Note: Some products may not have a visible serial number.
