→ If purchased from Amazon, please provide a screenshot showing both the order number and purchase date.The serial number of the hair dryer
→ The serial number is an alphanumeric code located on the filter section of the product.
→ Please refer to the red-framed area in the attached image for guidance.
Note: Some products may not have a serial number depending on the production period.
2. Video of the Issue
A video clearly demonstrating the problem with the product.
